I am not particularly "pro onboarding" when I spend a good portion of my every single day seeking out content from new and older users and I see the absolute NOTHINGNESS that is so starkly apparent on literally 99% of the posts. I used to blog independently and moved over to Hive (Steem back then) completely because of the engagement. Nobody wants to share their thoughts, journey, skills, adventures or whatever with "nobody".... lol !tip
