English is my home language, Afrikaans is spoken/writen over here, however most would not get the gist of the words always, area we live in Zulu is most commonly spoken. South Africa has 13 official languages. Often one remembers an item by common names used realizing it won't work into an international community.

Yes, I know what you mean. We have only a few official languages, and I don't speak any except of German, but !BEER is Pivo in Slovenian and Birra in Italian ... "una birra per favore" 😁
