I think something that should be on everyone's to-do list just has to be reading the book, The Alchemist. It truly is a beautiful read, the kind of book you would give as a birthday gift to someone you care about.
The book tells of how we're so sure of our dreams when we're young and little. As we begin to grow we let the fears and craziness of life rob us of our dreams till some get to a stage where they can't even remember. Only those who hold those dreams tight live their best lives.
I read that book and began to do a soul searching what those dreams were for me. It might sound stupid the quote, but many truly have forgotten what their dreams were, either they have forgotten it or they don't have dreams again.
They just go through life merely existing and never truly living again. Its the same boring cycle for them everyday, and every week and every month and every year till they eventually leave this Earth. I wouldn't want that for anyone I know.
