Vegan Sauce Bolognese with Coconut Flair (ENG/ PT/ DE)

vegan sauce bolognese

Ingredients :

  • Scrumbled Tofu
  • tomatoes
  • Tomato sauce
  • Vegetable broth
  • Spices
  • Garlic

First crumble the tofu and fry it in olive oil, after 10 minutes add tomatoes. Add Spices and garlic. After 30 minutes, add the tomato sauce and some coconut grated.

molho vegan à bolonhesa

Ingredientes :

  • Tofu raspado
  • tomates
  • Molho de tomate
  • Caldo de legumes
  • Especiarias
  • Alho

Primeiro triturar o tofu e fritá-lo em azeite, após 10 minutos adicionar os tomates. Acrescente as especiarias e o alho. Passados 30 minutos, junte o molho de tomate e um pouco de coco ralado.

Zutaten :

  • Tofu zerbröseln
    -Tomaten
  • Tomaten Sauce
  • Gemüse Brühe
  • Gewürze
  • Knoblauch

Zuerst den Tofu zerbröseln und in Olivenöl anbraten, nach 10 Minuten Tomaten dazugeben. Würzen und Knoblauch dazugeben. Nach ca. 30 Minuten die Tomatensauce dazu und etwas Kokosnuss Raspeln.

Sim, o coco torna-o doce para não ter de usar açúcar, que é normalmente utilizado para o molho de tomate.

I make bolognaise often but have never tried it with a vegan sauce. It looks positively divine!

It's delicious. Only scrumble the tofu and fry it with some spices. Yummie
