The clouds and the waves won't stop moving,
but you can learn to ride them;
the earth won't stop from spinning
but you can tame your fear.
The monsoons will keep on coming
and flood the lands, so you`ll need
to learn to adapt and change your ways.

The world won`t stay still, but you can ,
thus leave your chores and your pain,
come have a seat and catch your breath;
allow yourself the time you need
to digest your fears and take off
the burden of your shoulders,
its load made you walk hunched over.

Close your eyes and hum with me,
let the sweet healing energy free you
from the shackles of beliefs
that you have been taught,
from the values you`ve sought,
from the illusions, the pile of broken dreams.
Leave the hurt behind, dwelling in your past.

Walk with me along these safe shores,
drop your burden here and let it go,
watch it sink into the sand,
get swept away by the clashing waves,
carried into the depths of the sea,
forever trapped into this dance;
say goodbye to all the black clouds.

Forgive the harm, the hurt and move on,
drop their sins into the wind
and your heart will find the strength
to pick up its beat and rejoice again.
Love heals all things, its mends the soul-
a promise renewed to care for the self
as you would care for your own child.

The sound of her voice will bring you peace,
heal the old wounds and soothe the skin,
the heart, the soul - wrapped in the loving light
of the sun and the moon, caressed by the warm sea;
have the peace seep into every crack and cavity,
let it infuse throughout your flesh and thoughts,
so it can later ooze out through your pores.

This drum`s beat will guide your steps,
it will lead the path to the new you.
Trust your feet and every single part of you,
will show you the right turn at each crossroad.
Move your your body and your arms
like a leaf into the wind, dance with it,
embrace its power and you will see
that everything falls into place.
