Well, I am Venezuelan and here in our country La Arepa is the traditional dish of almost all breakfasts, it is a meal made from precooked corn flour, there are different forms (roasted, fried, baked) and with an infinity of companions to fill it (the most common are cheeses, black grains, eggs, chicken, meat, fish), depending on the filling they give them very funny names, for example: the Domino is a stuffed arepa with grated white cheese and caraotas (black grains ). Today at home was no exception and in our breakfast the arepa was present, in this case I put grated white cheese and butter around it, I always try to accompany my breakfasts with a delicious coffee black. 😉👍

Pues bien, soy Venezolana y aquí en nuestro país La Arepa es el plato tradicional de casi todos los desayunos, es una comida hecha a base de harina de maíz precocido, las hay de diversas formas (asadas, fritas, horneadas) y con una infinidad de acompañantes para rellenarla (los más comunes son quesos, granos negros, huevos, pollo, carne, pescado), dependiendo el relleno les dan nombres muy divertidos, por ejemplo: la Domino es una rellena arepa de queso blanco rallado y caraotas (granos negros). Hoy en casa no fue la excepción y en nuestro desayuno estuvo presente la arepa en este caso le coloque de contorno queso blanco rallado y mantequilla, siempre trato de acompañar mis desayunos con un delicioso café negro. 😉👍

For today's lunch prepare a delicious soup of lentils (grains) with smoked beef bones accompanied by rice and casabe (cassava bread) and for the princess of the house vegetable cream with chicken. She is quality control of all my preparations at home🍽 👍

Para el almuerzo de hoy prepare una deliciosa sopa de lentejas (granos) con huesitos de res ahumado acompañada de arroz y casabe (pan de yuca) y para la princesa de la casa crema de vegetales con pollo. Ella es el control de calidad de todas mis preparaciones en casa 🍽 👍

For the snack today we ate a piece of chocolate cake, I always try to have a sweet snack in the refrigerator prepared by me, although in this house it is difficult for it to last long, I have come to think that the refrigerator eat hahaha!😆

Para la ****merienda*** hoy comimos un trozo de torta de chocolate, trato siempre de tener una merienda dulce en el refrigerador preparada por mí, aunque en esta casa es difícil que dure mucho tiempo, he llegado a pensar que la nevera come jajaja!😆

The dinner of the day was something light, some delicious pancakes accompanied some with honey and others with cheese and butter. My daughter loves sweet pancakes and I love to spoil her.❤️

La cena del día fue algo ligero, unas ricas panquecas acompañadas algunas con miel y otras con queso y mantequilla. A mi hija le encantan las panquecas dulces y a mi me encanta consentirla.❤️
