En su convocatoria semanal el Powerhousecreatives Contest, @zord189propone como tema: ¿Cómo ser un Hiver? Es un tópico interesante porque están ingresando nuevos usuarios a la blockchain y muchos estarán a la deriva. Garantizar su estadía es una necesidad para el sano crecimiento de#Hive y una obligación para todos los miembros de la comunidad, aunque la mayor responsabilidad está en manos de los grandes, quienes tienen mayor poder en varios escenarios: gobernanza, HP y VP, así como la conexión con las comunidades más importantes de la plataforma; pero los pequeños también tenemos nuestra cuota de responsabilidad:
. curar con benevolencia a los nuevos
. dar consejos oportunos
. orientar los nuevos ingresos hacia comunidades que puedan apoyar más sólidamente su crecimiento
. fomentar la interacción positiva, con el ejemplo.
@zord189 nos pide que demos unos tips que ayuden a los bienvenidos nuevos ingresos. A continuación, doy mis recomendaciones basadas en mi experiencia, primero en Steemit, ahora en Hive.

It is an interesting topic because new users are entering the blockchain and many will be adrift. @ zord189 asks us to give some tips to help welcome new entrants. Below, I give my recommendations based on my experience, first on Steemit, now on Hive.

RUTINA DE INICIACIÓN
1.-Para ustedes nuevos navegantes de Hive, en primer lugar mi bienvenida y luego una pregunta:
¿qué hacemos cuando llegamos nuevos a un lugar y desconocemos gran parte de sus reglas? Pues, mirar a nuestro alrededor y observar lo que hacen los demás y qué respuestas obtienen.
Hay tres acciones básicas:
- Publicar
-Comentar
-Votar
♠ Publica para comenzar 3 o 4 veces por semana, cuidando ser auténtico, la calidad del trabajo y su presentación. Publica al principio sobre los temas que domines más.
♠Lee todos los comentarios que recibas en tu publicaciones y responde.
♠Al principio no votes los comentarios, pues tu poder de voto (VP) es limitado; pero busca el blog de los comentaristas, lee uno de sus post y deja allí tu voto. + comentario. El número de votos diarios 10. No enloquezcas votando, pues votarás en cero.
2.- Después observa tu cuenta. El monedero es una gran fuente de información. Ahí vas a encontrar las tres monedas de la plataforma: Hive, Hive Power e Hive Dolar. También la HISTORIA, en la que se reflejan tus movimientos diarios.
♠ No quieras aprender todo en un día, pero suma aprendizajes todos los días.
3.- Elije un modelo y sigue sus pasos. Ojo, dije sigue sus pasos, no dije copia.
♠ Para elegir tu modelo, busca un usuario que haga el tipo de publicaciones que te gustan y puedas hacer bien, si te gusta escribir, un escritor. Si te gusta pintar o dibujar o hacer manualidades, o bien tomar fotografías, seleccionas a alguien que publique sobre esos temas
♠ Sigue y observa a tu modelo, en que comunidad se ubica, que etiquetas utiliza. Comienza a visitar y votar a los comentaristas y votantes de tu modelo.
4.- Alójate en una comunidad virtual de tu gusto. Discord es importante en la vida de Hive. Las comunidades son un gran soporte. Por ejemplo The PowerHouse Creatives, desde la cual estoy escribiendo.
Espero que estas recomendaciones ayuden a formar tu Rutina de iniación, luego irás encontrando tu propio camino

INITIATION ROUTINE
1.-For you new Hive navigators, first of all my welcome and then a question: what do we do when we get new to a place and we do not know much of its rules? Well, look around us and observe what others do and what answers they get. There are three basic actions:
- To post
-Commenting
-Voting
♠ Publish to start 3 or 4 times a week, taking care to be authentic, the quality of the work and its presentation. Post at the beginning on the topics that you master the most.
♠ Read all the comments you receive on your posts and reply.

How quickly people forget, I think because it’s a PHC contest you mention them and that’s great I have been a member for long but this was to be a new hiver contest and than you are far from this fantaboulous PHC group.
