Street food

When we said street food of course we can find that food in the street. That kind of food will be instant that we can eat right away in times of hunger. Also, most of us should ask if that food will be affordable. It's in the street after all. But is it clean? I can't answer you about that because it depends on the vendors how they will display their food and their way of cooking it. One thing is for sure if I will be asked its taste. I will answer them right away that it's delicious.

You can see a lot of them selling in the Philippines. From my yesterday post, it's about walking vendors in the street. We are aware of why they chose to display in the street even if it's not a good place to display food. Dust from vehicles and some bad smells in the surrounding. We are all aware of these things but we are also aware that we can have many customers in the streets. People that just went home from work and those who just wanted to stay in the street or we called them bystanders.

In that image above was my board mate. He was working in a hotel but he's doubtful that the hotel will operate soon. You know our economy is going down now. That's why he decided to starts selling in the street. It's lucky for us because the government will not imprison you by doing like this. They will not ask permit papers why you are selling there. It's not that big amount so maybe the government just don't care about those small businesses.

Most of the types of street food you can find in the Philippines are these following names. Tempura, squid ball, tempura balls and fish balls. I don't how they were made but all I know that they are so delicious. If you're not used to it, I don't recommend you to eat because your stomach might not allow this kind of food to enter.

Except for dust in the street, you should see first if the vendor is clean in cooking it. My board mate didn't let his customers dump the food by themselves. He just used a spoon and put in the food to make sure it didn't look dirty. You can see his foods and sauce being covered. He is a gay by the way so that's why he's clean in selling food. I didn't mean just because he is, it can be all it depends on us.

Look, he was the one placing sauce into that food. As I mentioned earlier to avoid customers to dump their orders and it will look so dirty if they'll do that.

He made sure that he covered his sauce and foods not to be exposed to dust. When you saw in this image that he didn't put the cover. Well, he just placed to a customer sauce on its food and checked if he was cooking wasn't burning. There's a reason of course.

Street food used to be food for those who don't have that huge amount of money. But because it's delicious even those riches bought street food. Not all, depends on people's liking about these types of food. If you will see vendors in the street selling food. That food will be called street food and it's affordable and delicious for sure.😁
