The Great Conjunction: Sound Bowl Meditation Remix

December 21st was a big astrological day this year, with the rare Saturn-Pluto conjunction landing on winter solstice...

My homey Matt Belair had sent out an email to his list, which included the gift of a sound bowl meditation soundtrack from Ben Carroll.

Upon opening it up to give a listen - after nearly tossing the email in the trash, yet feeling compelled to go back and check it out - I found myself throwing the file into Ableton and building a remix around it.

A few hours later, and bam.

T'was an awesome way to spend the day, casting some good vibez into the ethers. And wrapped it up yesterday, polished and ready for public.

Was gonna post via dSound, but looks like they're out of commission at the moment, so Soundcloud it was.

Here, now, for your listening enjoyment, is the result.

DO listen on the best stereo and/or headphones you got, as there's alot of detail in this that won't come through on a phone or computer speaker - especially some deep bass. (Tuned to 432Hz, of course).

ENJOY... 🙏⭐️🙏

Didn't listen the original, therefore I have no clue what've added and removed. That said, I don't care :)

I followed your advise. Apple create cool laptops, and its inbuild speakers are pretty ok, but far from HIFI quality. My HIFI is just a little to far away (about 10 meters), so had to revert to my best headphones: the standard iPhone ear thingies...

{LOL}

turned out these iPhone ear thingies was in fact a Sennheizer HD25, loved by DJs back in time when I got this one. Sounds much better now :)

wrapped and ether: and then music comes out {LOL}

Don't you think dSound is to be skipped at all times? Way too instable service. I advise to use 3Speak. Just turn your track into a video using a still image and upload to 3Speak. That one is as you may now, directly integrated with the HIVE chain and has a lot of great things on their roadmap. Love what they try to do for the HIVE ecosystem (promoting opensource, promoting and actively pushing sharing functions amongst dApps, decentralisation at heart which is for instance shown by their plans to decentralise content distribution (ie CDN and streaming functions by decentralised nodes instead of centralised servers)...How cool is that?)...D*rn COOL! if I may answer my own question :)
