I prefer to follow a critical mass of people I like, those who engage, and those with good content. My personal filter is those who post multiple times a day and those who do not spend time commenting. Content providers, networkers and those in for the long haul are not too easy to pick from 1 or 2 posts so I follow patiently.
That being said, perhaps the best part of engagement in this blockchain are in the comments. You get to know people you like, those you do not necessarily agree with but can learn from, and potentially some cyber friends for life.
@powerhousecreatives is one of those rare opportunities to become part of a nuclear family and I encourage everyone to check it out.
Beyond that, spend as much time as you do content creating, networking through comments!

But on that note... I am also of the belief that people would be more likely to exercise more effort and truly "GROW" as content creators if there was something to encourage that - something like....... engagement haha!
