Happiness is a state and not a goal, therefore, to be happy is to be in communion with everything and everyone, recognizing the Supreme Energy as a point and a link, thanking the life that has been granted to us.
Happiness is planting footprints of Love, Harmony, Faith, Hope, Kindness, Generosity, Peace, Understanding, Freedom, Empathy, Compassion, Wisdom. It is to seek enlightenment and then to expand that light. What, invariably, I associate with brilliant voices, with distant echoes of inspired poets, connected to the Higher Self that dwells in all of us, and that would more or less sound like this:
What you have to do is to love the freedom in the human being, what you have to do is to know, to illuminate the eyes and the hands and the heart and the head and then, to bring it to the others.
Supreme happiness is to seek and find God where he is and not where he is not. It is to seek Him within and not without and to share that knowledge with others. If we are from within and not from without, there will be no "masks" between us, no "dramas" of control, but rather love, empathy and compassion.
This state of consciousness makes us better human beings and we walk on paths of understanding and support for those who have not yet opened their eyes to this truth: Living is as simple as dying, today we are and tomorrow, perhaps not. That's why time is short, that's why we must hurry up the bitter drinks and savor the experience of harboring the divine within us. We are One and we are All, but we need to believe it and be grateful for it.
Before this reality, my favorite action to start the day is not expecting Happiness, but believing in it as omnipresent and experiencing it as omnipotent because the fundamental reason why we are born is to BE happy and to MAKE others happy, helping them to know their purpose. Because it does not cease to be true that Happiness already is, is already within us and another will not provide it.
Then, to give THANKS FOR LIFE is the best recognition we can offer to the Divinity, the rest adds up and can turn around with words and actions, give as many turns as our body, spirit, and mind are braided, and take the form of a daily service, not always conscious.
Taking this into consideration, my Mantra would sound like this:
Today, I thank the Supreme Universal Energy for giving us this life and giving us opportunities to make it useful, bringing light and blood, voice and hands, and peace and joy. I give THANK YOU because the Light blesses us and makes us aware that everything we need, we already have. I give THANK YOU for the opportunity to breathe Love in the form of healing energies to all who suffer from the onslaught of the pandemic that has at least taught us to remember that you can smile with the eyes if you have Love in your heart.
