Woke to 2/3 inch of rain yesterday morning after the all night storm dumped. As I was at my computer I got a text that I had grain ready. Totally unexpected so I had to go and get it right away. I hooked up the trailer and then fought the morning rush hour traffic.
I had 4 barrels waiting for me and I took a couple of my half barrels for extras.
It didn't take long and they were all emptied into the trailer and I was soon headed for the farm.
The clouds were all super low as I headed north on the bypass.
The animals were all super happy with the line of grain.
I had to pot up the 2 herbs which they will be much happier now.
The mail came in time and I got my Rune metal stamps. Super cool and I can't wait to use them a ton.
@stryeyz went and got the boys from school, we got the truck packed, and we were on the road before noon.
5 1/2 hours later we were pulling into Bozeman Montana.
We went straight to MAP Brewing for dinner and had to wait a bit for our table but eventually got seated.
Good food, beer, and a local band played while we ate. They were missing their bass player as he is locked up. We finished and headed to our hotel.
IT IS SNOWING THIS MORNING!!!!! Typical of Montana, it IS still spring and not yet summer. We are going to Bozeman hotsprings soon, then we will be driving to Minot North Dakota.
