The control board closes one side before the other slightly so that a lock can be put on, then opens the #1 first then #2 follows. Pretty easy system as long as the rams are getting enough power.

That's very interesting...... do they always seem to close in the same spot, do they look even when they're closed... or is it hit or miss?
We only have one gate maybe sometime in the future if we move to another location I might try a double gate...
You set the limit for each gate. Use the buttons on the control board to fine tune where they are to stop when closed then press the set limit button and it closes to the same point each time.
Sounds like mighty Mule gate limits are pretty consistent!!👍😀
With a single gate it always stops in the correct position after I set the limit, I was just wondering if two gates would still be consistent sounds like they are!!👍😀
