Cross chain retaliation for not agreeing with HF Steem theft?

Today I received probably first downvote and 80 other downvotes in following minutes. There is nothing wrong about downvotes, but receiving 81 of them got me curious.

I checked every single one and found out this:

77 of those 81 are powering down (and lot of accounts sounds Korean/Chinese)
Of those 4 not powering down 3 wrote nothing on hive,
4th, @pipokinha got most rewards on hive for this post
toppost.jpg
And as a fun fact I got downvoted by @trxsun – hey I count this as badge of honor

Reason? My guess is retaliation for my voting on steem, where I checked what’s going on there after HF and basically upvoted those who don’t agree with fork and downvoted those who were supporting it. It might also be attack on splinterlands content for their decision to leave steem.
Guess I am on their naughty list too now… well Steem HF 24 will tell soon :D

I think we can expect bullshit like this for another month or two, until powerdowns will go through. However that might not be the end because biggest downvote was from @huaren.news – account that (although sounding bit familiar) doesn’t post on hive and gets most of its HP from dlease. Are they trying to use leverage in form of leased HP to bully minnows into agreeing with Justin? Too bad I have spine.
Second and third biggest downvotes same story.

One thing is for sure – with Steemauto and Splinterlands gone Steem will be lonely place even when it comes to just transaction count stats. Just hope people will be able to sell Steem shitcoins before Justin and his asslicker squad do. And I hope they won’t be able to do much damage on hive.

Omg I had no idea that rabbit hole goes that deep and it start to make sense if he's just one person.

On one hand I am glad that I am not alone in this, but on other hand extend of damage to community scares me. But we know what we are facing now :)

Is there organized group to deal with huaren&alts? If so let me know I can for sure use few up&down votes to help deal with this once and for all. (Which might not be that hard if he's just farming and it will stop being profitable)

They are just “curating”.

Currently, remnants of @steemflagrewards deal with them.

actually "curating" is good approach here - no profits would probably stop this behavior completely and problem solved.

It's not too difficult to "profit" from curation alone. But, it's a lot less liquid.

Since the arrival of Justin Sun Steemit has been a shit, a chain more similar to the wild west or to the Roman empire with Nero, imo the better thing is to not post anything there and just do it here, sad that you got retaliated, but flagging for policital or ideological disagreement is dangerous. I don't do it, I think that flags should be used for abuses to the blockchain not for expressing opinions, the exception could be hate speech or something like that.

I like the comparison to Rome under Nero, that's very fitting :)

Normally I don't flag for ideological reasons, but there's a line and if someone want's to steal property from community to keep community safe it makes my blood boil. That's attack on core values and integrity is far more important than some votes.

Once powerdowns are finished I am done with STEEM for sure.

WTF? Just make your mind please. Or check autovoting settings at least.

quick errata to my post - @huaren.news does post on hive, I checked just blog which was empty when I was checking first. Sorry for providing incorrect information.

I remember nick "Kreur" from one game I played in the past. I'm not certain it could be card game "Might & Magic: Duel of Champions". I'm 100% certain that this guy was from Czech Republic.

Or no, it could be card game "Spellweaver" instead.

World is small :) Not sure if I played M&M:DoC, but I surely played Spellweaver. I really liked that games - they combined MtG and hearthstone right way, unlike many others claiming that. Sadly devs also shown prime example how to bury very promising game, quite a shame. That reminded me though I should check on it how its doing now.

Nice to see You.

My nick in Spellweaver was "XM9000".
Yes, devs made bad decision - in 2016 they paid fat money for known streamers to play Spellweaver - and the streamers stopped playing right after money ended. I participated in last Masters on the start of May, but now I skipped to KARDS - card game in the universe of world war 2. On splinterlands I also have account but in my opinion KARDS is better.
What do You do for life? I'm on 4th year of math studies. I found You by Your chess comment on eniolw page.

I remember XM9000, nice to see you too.

Paying uninterested streamers was blunder, but what sealed it for me was balance changes from extreme to extreme - leaving decks like VampLamp decisively rule over several balance patches and then out of sudden nerf nearly everything.
I only saw kards for about 5 minutes, will check deeper when I have time.

IRL I am currently trying to make game and if stars align profit from it, quite longshot, but have some savings to try it.

I hope Your game will do well. I'm going to learn Python starting from July.
What kind of game it will be?

Primarily 1v1 startegy, kinda mix of Minion Masters and Splinterlands. Initially I wanted to use ENJ network, but found hive few months ago and it seems better for this task so maybe there will be one more game on hive :)

You know what's funny when you lie like this? I didn't downvoted your post and I actually upvoted your post on steem where you wrote that steem people should go their way and same for hive people. (evidence on blockchain)

So please start behaving like what you wrote in your post, go back to steem and never return, thanks.

Don't worry I am leaving steem as soon as powerdowns finishes.

lies again, I didn't downvoted you before I received your downvotes. Evidence is on blockchain for anyone interested to see.

But past does not matter that much what's important is future. I don't care about what you do on steem, but if you keep downvoting me on hive or bullying others here I will be increasing actions against you. Right now there is no automation targeting you form my side yet, but if you keep going I will join people already fighting you. Keep harassing people even further and I might start actively developing tools specifically designed against you.

One thing is certain - you will not do significant harm to hive community. Either by you own choice or you will be stopped trying to do harm. Hive community is important to me and I will be defending it. So whether or not we will be in conflict is actually up to you.

  • nauč se jak psát anglicky!

Apart from that I see no reason to continue talking to you. If you query votes from kreur to huaren.news on steem last week, you will get exactly 1 result - an upvote on article where you wrote that chains should separate and go their own ways. Not sure if you are trying to just blatantly lie or you have something "ah this happened 2 months ago" prepared, either way I obviously don't trust you at all.

all important have already been said - if you continue to bully people on hive or attack me I will act and defend hive community.

And now you try to lie and twist information... Evidence on blockchain (see response to other comment)
