Ingredients:.

  • Onion
  • Green Pepper
  • Oil
  • Salt

Ingredients:

FlourIMG_20200905_184153.jpgOnionIMG_20200907_020902.jpg
SaltIMG_20200907_020914.jpgGreen PepperIMG_20200907_020924.jpgOilIMG_20200907_020933.jpg

Steps:

At first, I added water on flour and made the flour soft, perfectly soft and then I pushed pressure on it and made it thinner.

The I had to cut those parts and after cutting, there were some small parts.

At fIrst I fried those small parts with hot oil.

Then I mixed those fries with onion, green pepper & salt.

Then I had to fold the soft wheat so that I can add the mixer in it.

Then I added the mixer in it and

I gave them triangle shape.

Then I did the same thing for other pieces as well.

Then I started frying them where I had to give them some time to be fried properly.

Then when I understood that they're perfectly fried, I picked them up and placed on a plate.

With tomato sauce, it was a nice snack.

That's it.
Here I presented you my own Cooking DIY of Samosa.
