Yes many people overdo, especially during the holidays! Many employers over here require long hours and that puts under stress on people to achieve more and work harder.........

Same! Many people has been working a lot for the holidays. There are overtime hours too.
I guess that's a good thing if you really need the money, but many companies where I live demand long hours and do not have any understanding of family life....
It happens here in the Philippines too. Others don't mind long hours of work.
I think I'm way past putting in long hours for anyone Lol!!!

Yeah. It shouldn't always be about work.
Family should be number one, I know we need to work to support our families but to give away our life someday people that work these long hours will regret it.....
That's true. Even someone who's close to me has so much regrets for not having much time on his kids.
