Seoraksan Daeseungryeong is a 1210m peak located in the middle of the northwestern ridge, and is the gateway to Gwidaegicheongbong.

After passing here, the vicious alley of the Northwest Ridge awaits. Even in Seoraksan, you need to be physically and mentally armed before challenging the longest and steepest ridge.
