Desde hace tres meses decidí incluir el ejercicio con pesas en mi rutina diaria, anteriormente solo iba hacer spinning porque es una de mis disciplinas favoritas pero por motivos de salud física quise hacer este cambio, más no tenia ni idea de lo que esto podia beneficiar mentalmente, hasta he tenido la oportunidad de conocer grandes personas que te apoyan y motivan en esos dias que no te sientes con tantos ánimos. Una de las excusas que usaba era que no tenía ropa acta para ir para allá, hasta que dije que ya estaba bueno y que podía empezar con la que tenía y poco a poco ir comprando más.

En este tiempo he tenido la oportunidad de ir aumentando un poco mi guardarropas para ir a entrenar y dejando atrás esos complejos, al final uno tiene es que sentirse cómodo con lo que lleva puesto, debido que esta haciendo mucho calor es preferible no sobrecargarse de ropa. Por medio de las publicaciones de otras hivers se que la compañera @marianis nos ofrece una linda ropa pagando con tus HBD desde su tienda on line @cumanamoda, ya que disponía su número telefónico pude observar por sus estados que estaba ofreciendo licras y de inmediato le escribí para encargarle una color vinotinto que me encantó.

Al llegar a casa me la medi y es realmente muy buena ya que no transparenta la tela, esta cuenta hasta con un forro, es lo suficientemente alta para llegar hasta la cintura y de largo es muy decente, solo un poco arriba de la rodilla. Puede usarse también de manera casual si no estás buscando ropa necesariamente para ir a entrenar. Les recomiendo con los ojos cerrados hacer sus compras en @cumanamoda , tanto así que yo ya quiero pedirle otra licra y también otra ropa que ví tenía publicada, esa tienda es muy versátil y puedes encontrar para todos los gustos, tiene buenos precios, puedes comprar cómodamente desde donde desees y lo mejor es que puedes pagarlo con tus HBD.
