Winter in Heraklion City [Hive Stock Images - Heraklion, Crete Greece]

Heraklion is the capital city of Crete island in Greece.

This project has started in the blockchain 3 years ago, in parallel with a presence in all modern social media (facebook, twitter, instagram and more)

At the moment there are more than 14K thousand followers in the growing community and there are many plans ahead! The goal?
To create awareness about Heraklion city, its history, its beautiful -must-visit-spots but also to create a desire for everyone to start exploring their city/village and to know more things about the place they live in.

With this post, a new set of posts is starting - the addition of some images of the city to the Hive Stock Community so that they can be used from anyone who would like to write about the city.

Today, I am posting a images of cloudy / winter scenery at the Fortress (Koules, or Rocca al Mare a 500 year old fortress) and of the nearby area.
