Fruit Juices are common type of beverage today. They have have been around for as long as we know.
They have also been commonly compared ro be more nutritious and beneficial than Soda Drinks and Alcoholic Drinks.

While the above assertion may be true to some extent, how exactly safe and nutritious are they?
Do they contribute any health hazards or implications?

There is also this ever continuing comparison of fruit juices with raw fruits.
Some say fruit juices are more nutritious while others say otherwise.
But can they really replace the good old fruits that our ancestors as far back as man existed have always known and consumed?

Many people just look at the plastic cover and packaging, then they buy the drink and drown it all without checking the ingredients.

And most times, I am part of that many people 🙈 Guilty as charged.

A lot of people don't check it and I think it's just natural to consume things based on tastes and looks, especially when there's no apparent harm on the surface.

It's always better to be intentional about what we consume, because on the longrun our bodies can only handle as much stress as we subject it to up to a peak.

As we grow older, our body systems also grow older. Wear and tear is real even in biological systems.

@draysax it takes you 5 minutes to cut up an orange?! 😂😂😂

But yeah - fruit juice, especially the one that has a melange of fruits, is so much cheaper than buying all the fruits! And so much less effort! And also so much less healthier 😭

Now please give me the fruit juice, since you are not drinking it again, hehe 🥲
