Thanks for a great video @ph1102, and a really interesting topic, and yes a community with many strong individuals will have more ideas, and more ways to move the community forward, and to build that it's important to empower people to take charge and encourage individual initiative, not always the easiest, but needed to make it flourish, thanks for sharing, it's awesome.

Exactly.. that sometimes means to give additional power to others, and leave more space to growth... And that's not an easy task, especially for some leaders, as EGO is very often the biggest enemy of the growth...
