It is usually forbidden, although the torrid temperatures of a city like Madrid make you sweat and as soon as you take the first warm-up steps, you won't even have the strength left to swat away flies with your tail.

And taking advantage of it, like the one who doesn't want the thing -that the shame is well forgotten when the heat tightens- I take the opportunity to refresh myself in the first fountain I see, although without ever forgetting my commitment as a marine, Semper fidelis, to the gaze watch out for my love owner.
Suele estar prohibido, aunque las tórridas temperaturas de una ciudad como Madrid te hagan sudar la gota gorda y no bien des los primeros pasos de calentamiento, no te queden fuerzas ni para espantar las moscas con la cola.
Pero qué quieren que les diga, amigos: soy un perro y como tal, hay ocasiones en las que estar considerado como un ser irracional, tienes también sus ventajas.
Y aprovechándome de ello, como el que no quiere la cosa -que la vergüenza bien que se olvida cuando el calor aprieta- aprovecho para refrescarme en la primera fuente que veo, aunque sin olvidar nunca mi compromiso de marine, Semper fidelis, a la mirada atenta de mi amo.
