| Traversée par un fleuve qui s'écoule au centre du pays, la Gambie est un petit pays d'Afrique de l'Ouest aux écosystèmes variés. A l'entrée de ce cours d'eau se trouve l'île James renommé il y a quelques années Kunta Kinteh island. Un bout de terre, de nature et d'histoire humaine posé en plein milieu du fleuve où les couchers de soleil sont somptueux. Je vous partage mon premier sunset sur cet îlot ! C'est l'un de mes plus beaux souvenirs d'un pays complètement rentré dans mon coeur. |
Crossed by a river that flows through the center of the country, The Gambia is a small country in West Africa with varied ecosystems. At the entrance to this stream is James Island, renamed Kunta Kinteh Island a few years ago. A piece of land, nature and human history placed in the middle of the river where the sunsets are sumptuous. I share with you my first sunset on this islet! It's one of my fondest memories of a country that's been close to my heart. |
