- Table Tennis
These are my reasons for highly preferring "Table Tennis":
- Less chance and severity of injury. The chances and degree of injury of a ball hitting your face or you falling down is less.
- Less space needed. Just put a table, 2 rackets, and a table tennis ball in a house, and you already have a sport to play for hours. That is unlike lawn tennis in which you need to have a big lawn.
- Balanced used of arms. I know many tennis players whose dominant arm is visibly larger because of excessive use of that arm.
I know that lawn tennis is a better exercise since it involves running (specifically dashing).
