Well, you have that other concept of telepathy which is sending thoughts to other people. Your post is good and funny though. Who knows what psychology laws and practices would be in place if people had telepathy.
My personal opinion is that we would create a complete mess, circus and chaos in the beginning because it would be the new thing and with the time we would get used to it, same like we got used receiving the notifications on our phones.
