Don't have a computer currently, or it'd be on there too.
I have Brave on my personal phone, and an old tablet & old phone that 'mine' webd and jse (just shutdown recently) i leave the phone and tablet on 24/7 it ends up making me about 15-20 each a month in BAT. I have to 'tip' myself on youtube to actually cash-out to Uphold, but can't complain about free $$$
Well, even though I just donate my earned BAT to my favorite websites, I did not know that you can earn it by just leaving your device on. By the way, I hope giving up some of your privacy to get verified on Uphold is worth it.
I just want to ask the question: why need to tip yourself on YouTube when you can just wait for the rewards on your Brave browser to become withdrawable to your Uphold wallet?
By the way, if it is okay for you, please provide the link to your YouTube channel so that I can donate a lot of my BAT there (if ever I figure out how to do so without reducing my anonymity).
I don't have anything to hide or worry about. I care about privacy, but i believe if 'they' want to know your info, they can get it.
I live in NY and they have super strict crypto laws. Unfortunately Uphold doesn't operate here, so the BAT is automatically transferred to USD. I transfer some, not all of the BAT i've earned. I always purchase more crypto with that money, so far i've withdrawn around $200
My YouTube channel is literally 100% blank. Only reason i use one is because the 'tip' function doesn't work on mobile for Reddit or Twitter.
They already want your (and everybody else's) information, and they are already getting it whenever possible. That's untargeted surveillance for you.
If Uphold does not "operate" there, did you still undergo identity verification?
That's a lot. How long have you been a member of Brave rewards?
What if Brave/Uphold considers tipping to a blank YouTube channel a violation of the Terms of Service?
Thanks for your comment.
