To me the two is best for the kids, they need to know about the two.
My reason on reading through books. it good for kids to read their books because they need to advance in their study, have knowledge,and not to lack on new things.
Studying using of tablet and electronic gadgets is also good because it will prevent them form touch electronic anyhow and they will have knowledge how to deal with it.
