I don't think that is the case. With my HP giving rewards of more or less only $0.001, I still sometimes get 0.001 HP as curator reward. I am only unsure how to add Hive to power up my account without spending too much in transaction fees to preserve my anonymity. I do try to vote when my Voting Mana is near 100% though. Still thanks for your reply.
