This is a spiritual song I so much love this song because it is a song of the spiritual surgery this song is talking about seeking the presence of God in our body he should do a surgery work and pierce through us and open us up and do his surgical work in us so when the Lord open us up and do his work and do his surgical work in us we are going to see the way he is saying and we are going to hear the way he hears.
