I LOVE LOVE LOVE the 15 minute "reset" I experience during shivasana, after yoga practice. It is truly revolutionary and allows our bodies to "store" the new information for retrieval and copying another time. It's especially helpful to have someone (like a yoga teacher) assist you to be in perfect alignment, so you can feel what REAL alignment should feel like.

Nice post and important for stressful times.
