Surely sugar, that evil substance blamed for cancer, has no place in natural healing?
Dr Tullio Simoncini, an Italian oncologist, pioneered his radical natural chemotherapy in response to his simple theory: that cancer occurs due to the presence of Candida albicans in the body, which thrives in a sugar-fed, blood acid environment. Born in 1951, Simoncini has been vilified by contemporary alopathic medicine despite having thousands of people attesting to the efficacy of his first simple treatments. He is currently serving a 5 year prison sentence (sentenced 2018) for the culpable death of one cancer patient.
To quote Wikipedia, "The mainstream medical community rejects Simoncini's hypothesis, citing a lack of peer-reviewed studies that support it." Let it also be said there is little to no political will to fund or test his hypotheses, as there is no money to be made from his approach. So thus the "peer review" required is unlikely to ever happen, when the studies are primarily funded by pharmaceutical companies.
This, my friends, is Information War at its finest.
Before we explore the simple original "Simoncini Protocol" let's clarify a few simple things:
- 75% of doctors surveyed would not themselves undertake the chemotherapy they prescribe for their patients; Source;
- “After all, and for the overwhelming majority of the cases, there is no proof whatsoever that chemotherapy prolongs survival expectations. And this is the great lie about this therapy, that there is a correlation between the reduction of cancer and the extension of the life of the patient”. - 10% of all US deaths are due to medical error. Source;
- Medical error (often called "medical misadventure") is the 3rd leading cause of death in the USA. Source.
Add to that information, the diagnosis 'facts":
- Stage IV pancreatic cancer has a five-year survival rate of 1 percent. The average patient diagnosed with late-stage pancreatic cancer will live for about 1 year after diagnosis.Source
My friend was diagnosed with Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer with metastasis to liver and one lung, with question marks raised over lymph nodes. He was given "2 months to 2 years", and is entering Week 12 after his diagnosis.
Apart from conventional chemotherapy (he is 5 treatments down) he is also using:
- CBD oil
- High THC cannabis oil
- injectable Vit C x 2 daily
- cordyceps
- ginseng
- reishi mushroom
- milk thistle
- Andrographs paniculata
- Alkalizing, vegan diet
- Near Infra Red Light Therapy
- Meditation
In 9 weeks his blood cancer markers have dropped from 4500 to 967 - the baseline is 35. In the next 3 weeks (after chemo #6) he will have full MRIs and tests to monitor outcomes and (hopefully) tumor shrinkage to date.
It is into THIS environment that discussion about Simoncini's protocol arose.
"Because the Dr has no plan B after the next chemo is finished."
The original Simoncini protocol involves dietary changes which starve the body of sugar and then introduces sodium bicarbonate bonded with pure sugar into the body on an empty stomach.
Sodium bicarbonate, commonly known as baking soda or bicarbonate of soda, is a chemical compound with the formula NaHCO₃. It is a salt composed of a sodium cation and a bicarbonate anion.
Data from cancer treatment centers such as Moffit Cancer Center and Arizona Cancer Center have shown that oral bicarbonate therapy significantly reduces the incidence of cancer metastases in cancers. At Oasis of Hope, researchers have been able to integrate sodium bicarbonate therapy with complimentary treatments. Sodium bicarbonate helps to increase the pH of the blood thus making the cancer patient more alkaline. Tumors grow in a low pH or acidic environment. By increasing a cancer patients body pH and making it more alkaline, alternative cancer treatments such as intravenous vitamin C and ozone therapy becomes much more effective. Source.
So, it seems Simoncini WAS onto something!
Today we prepared a batch of Simoncini style sodium bicarbonate, for my friend to start after his next (last?) chemo is finished.
You will need:
- 3 parts PURE maple syrup or PURE raw honey
- 1 part sodium bicarbonate - please ensure it has NO added aluminium.
You will need a LARGE stainless steel cooking pot and a stainless steel or wooden spoon for stirring. No aluminium or other metals please!
Please read the labels carefully! After picking up the only "Maple Syrup" on offer at Chiang Mai's leading restaurant supply store:
I put it down again and opted for pure wild honey from the local Supha Bee Farm instead.
Heat 3 cups of honey over a VERY LOW HEAT, stirring continuously. At the first sign of bubbles forming on the bottom, add 1 cup of sodium bicarbonate and stir, stir, stir.
It will FIZZ like crazy and burn in a heartbeat if you stop stirring. Keep the heat as LOW as possible, and keep stirring for 5-8 mins.
Turn off the heat and allow it to cool, stirring occasionally.
As it cools, the froth and bubble will disappear and you will be left with a strange treacle-like substance, which is your MEDICINE.
Advance warning: it tastes terrible. Like bitter soap. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
If you have even watched someone die with cancer, you will have observed that the cancer consumes EVERYTHING and the host - the person - literally wastes away. The premise Simoncini made is that the tumor will devour sugar introduced after a period of fasting in a low-sugar environment, and will also be absorbing the toxic-to-it sodium bicarbonate NaHCO₃, which will start destroying the tumor. As it is often described, the pure sugar is the "trojan horse" carrying the sodium bicarbonate to the tumor site. The diet and fasting create optimal sugar uptake by the tumor. The careful heating process bonds the sugar and the sodium bicarbonate together.
How much to take? Simoncini himself suggested one tablespoon on an empty stomach (first thing in the morning is easiest) and washed down with only pure water. Nothing else in the mouth for 30 mins.
Depending how sick the person is, sometimes 2 or 3 doses per day are desired. Be mindful NOTHING orally except water for 2 hours before and 30 mins after, as a minimum. And only to be used in the context of a sugar-free, grain-free, anti-candida, plant based, alkalizing diet.
Is this something anyone could or should use, even if they only think they might have cancer? Just in case? No. Unequivocally no.
Why not just drink sodium bicarbonate in water? Because it will neutralize your stomach acid and destroy your digestion, and because it's a heavy salt and will seriously overload your kidneys.
Will this work equally well on all cancers? It's MOST effective for digestive tract cancers, but it will cause systemic changes to blood alkalinity, which over time would make the body less hospitable to tumors;

Grateful you posted this — needs to be talked about and discussed. I hope one day that real scientists will look into natural methods of treating cancer; regardless of current consensus of what is “right” or “wrong”. I hope one day we laugh at chemotherapy as now we laugh at leaching.
Damn I so hope you're right!! It is truly criminal that Dr Simoncini languishes in jail whilst our insured doctors happily prescribing toxic chemo walk away without any legal ramifications when they speed up someone's death. Tesla, too, was vilified in his lifetime. sigh

The parallels with Mother Earth truly are real. Imagine if it's possible that if we stop being parasites on the earth, that cancer slowly dies and becomes a non issue for just the few. Food for thought.
