According to my uncle, there are many vitamins that are available on the market, and that are essential for our body to function properly and throughout his experience taking it, I will write about the ones he consumes and their benefits.

Vitamins can be fat soluble and water soluble:

Fat-soluble vitamins: These are those that can be dissolved in fats and oils. These are stored in the liver, in the fatty tissue and muscles of our body. They are as follows: A, D, E, K of them, my uncle consumes vitamin D daily for a period of three months and rests. This vitamin is essential for him, because it helps the body absorb calcium, which is one of the main substances necessary for strong bones.

When he does not consume this, he says that, with moderate exposure to the sun on the face, arms, and legs, with ten to fifteen minutes a day, he supplies the need for this vitamin, as well as in foods such as fish and eggs.

The consumption of vitamin A, E and K, has it in the diversity of foods:

A: Carrot, broccoli, spinach. Important for vision, immunity and helps in the formation and maintenance of teeth, soft and bone tissues.

E: Nuts, seeds and green leafy vegetables, avocado, milky, According to my uncle, this vitamin is a powerful antioxidant that coats cells thus protecting free radicals.

Every day without fail, my uncle prepares for his breakfast a combination of consumption of these vitamins, through fat-soluble foods, which I call colloquially "mezcolote", which combines: oats, wheat bran, broad bean flour, fruits nuts, almonds, peanuts with sesame seeds, cashews, raisins, granola, corn flakes, liquid paper, and a tablespoon of liquid yogurt. He says that this combination of foods provides the energy and nutrients necessary to be very well and that, along with other foods in his breakfast, it meets the needs to feel full of life and health.

Water-soluble vitamins: They are called like this because they are able to dissolve in water in greater or lesser quantities, belonging to this group vitamins C, B, necessary to form collagen, which is a protein, essential to give structure, firmness and elasticity to the skin. skin and maintain the health of muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints.

My uncle takes it daily, in a laboratory where he worked thirty years ago, researching discovered that combining amino acids (chemical substances, which are components of proteins), B complex vitamins, a product purchased on the market, which contains ATP (a molecule that provides energy for cellular processes), minerals such as: phosphorus, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper, iodine, zinc, cobalt, selenium, in small quantities that are called trace elements (primary chemical substances for the proper functioning of the organism; since they provide essential nutrients for it) and that these minerals are available on the market, combined in solution and in water and daily consumption, strengthens your immune system, remains physically active, sleeps very well, enough, has the energy to walk and He performs moderate exercises, in addition to combining his food to maintain his healthy life. To this combination of chemical substances, my uncle called it: “The bomb”.

Quiero dar a conocer la experiencia de mi tío Cesar, de setenta y siete años de edad, quien viene consumiendo las vitaminas durante treinta años. Él dice, que éstas son un grupo de sustancias que son muy necesarias para el funcionamiento celular, porque ayuda a adsorber los nutrientes de los alimentos y convierten estos, en energía. Además de ayudar con el funcionamiento celular, ayuda en el crecimiento y el desarrollo normal del individuo.
Existen según mi tío, muchas vitaminas que se consiguen en el mercado, y que son esenciales, para que nuestro organismo funcione correctamente y a lo largo de su experiencia tomándola, escribiré de las que consume y sus beneficios.

Las vitaminas pueden ser liposolubles e hidrosolubles:

Vitaminas liposolubles: Son aquellas que se pueden disolver en grasas y aceites. Estas se almacenan en el hígado, en el tejido graso y los músculos de nuestro cuerpo. Son las siguientes: la A, D, E, K de ellas, mi tío consume diariamente la vitamina D, por un periodo de tres meses y descansa. Esta vitamina es esencial para él, porque ayuda al cuerpo a absorber el calcio, que es una de las principales sustancias necesarias para tener huesos fuertes.

Cuando no consume ésta, dice que, con una exposición moderada al sol en la cara, brazos, y piernas, con diez a quince minutos diarios, suple la necesidad de esa vitamina, así como en alimentos como el pescado y huevo

El consumo de la vitamina A, E y K, lo tiene en la diversidad de alimentos:

A: Zanahoria, brócoli, espinacas. Importante para la visión, la inmunidad y ayuda a la formación y mantenimientos de los dientes, tejidos blandos y óseos.

E: Frutos secos, semillas y hortalizas de hojas verdes, aguacate, lechosa, Según mi tío, esta vitamina es un potente antioxidante que cubre las células así protegiendo los radicales libres.

K: También se encuentra en las espinacas, brócoli en sí, verduras de color verde y frutas como las moras, arándanos, kiwi, ayudando a estas a formar huesos y tejidos saludables, con las proteínas.

Vitaminas Hidrosolubles: Se llaman así, porque son capaces de disolverse en aguas en mayor o menos cantidad, perteneciendo a este grupo las vitaminas C, B, necesarias para formar colágeno, que es una proteína, esencial para dar estructura, firmeza y elasticidad de la piel y mantienen la salud de los músculos, ligamentos, tendones y articulaciones.

Mi tío lo toma diariamente, en un laboratorio donde él trabajaba hace treinta años, investigando descubrió que combinando aminoácidos (sustancias químicas, que son componentes de las proteínas), vitaminas del complejo B un producto adquirido en el mercado, que contiene ATP ( una molécula que proporciona energía para procesos celulares), minerales tales como: fosforo, magnesio, hierro, manganeso, cobre, yodo, zinc, cobalto, selenio, en pequeñas cantidades que llama oligoelementos ( sustancias químicas primordiales para el buen funcionamiento del organismo; ya que brindan los nutrientes esenciales para éste) y que se consiguen esos minerales en el mercado, combinados en solución y en agua y su consumo diario, fortalece su sistema inmunológico, se mantiene físicamente activo, duerme muy bien, lo suficiente, tiene la energía para caminar y realiza ejercicios moderados, además de combinar sus alimentos para mantener su vida saludable. A esta combinación de sustancias químicas, mi tío la llamo: “La bomba”.

El concluye con lo siguiente: ¿Por qué el ser humano debe preocuparse por tener una alimentación balanceada y muy saludable, con ayuda de algunas vitaminas necesarias para nuestro organismo?
Porque nos permite tener una calidad de vida en todas las etapas de nuestra vida, nos ayuda y orientas a las personas sobre el consumo de alimentos para tener una vida plena, sana y prevenir enfermedades.
