Wonderful, many thanks for the info. The Sanskrit yoga tradition is the original and most valuable source of wisdom in the world. This is what life is for - to awaken our eternal consciousness. I like the mudra you showed today and use it in my meditation for balance and connecting the two hemispheres of the brain.
