I don't think we'll ever fully tackle plagiarism and unrelated content 100%, but hitting it in waves every so often will likely cause some folks to give up on gaming the rewards system. A lot of crap posts are being upvoted with LOTUS by BroFi, and that may present more problems down the road when they have a larger amount of staked LOTUS.

Wow, I didn't know that was an issue. Thanks for sharing. I'm sure they would adjust their behavior unless the attempt was already made.
