Hola a todos, les doy una cálida bienvenida y espero la estén pasando bien desde sus casas, el día de hoy voy a compartir con ustedes una preparación muy sencilla de un té medicinal con diferentes hiervas curativas que sirve para la alergia, tos, resfriado, secreción nasal, gripe y muy recomendado en estos tiempos de pandemia, son hiervas con muchísimas propiedades curativas y que al hacerlas en una infusión para luego ingerirla estamos ayudando a nuestro sistema. respiratorio.

Estas hiervas como ya lo mencioné en un post anteriormente están cultivadas en el jardín de la parte de atrás de mi casa las cual tomo con el permiso de mi madre para crear la infusión que preparo en algunas ocasiones y les mostrare a continuación:

Para esta preparación tan sencilla solo vamos a necesitar una hoya pequeña, donde le agregaremos 1 taza y media de agua filtrada y colocaremos al fuego hasta que hierva, mientras el agua hierve tenemos tiempo para limpiar o lavar nuestras hiervas con agua limpia lo cual hacemos con nuestras manos para eliminar con más detalle todo el polvo o tierra que puedan tener estas hojas, acá solo vamos a utilizar las hojas mas no el tallo, cuando nos fijemos que el agua este hirviendo le podemos agregar las hojas y bajar del fuego o que se mantengan unos segundos en el agua sin apagar el fuego, luego le colocamos una tapa por unos segundos para que se concentren todas las propiedades curativas que queremos ingerir, podemos agregar azúcar o miel al gusto si tenemos y meneamos, en mi caso decidí utilizar azúcar. Como verán es así de fácil preparar una infusión tan necesaria como esta.
For this simple preparation we will only need a small pot, where we will add 1 cup and a half of filtered water and place on the fire until it boils, while the water boils we have time to clean or wash our herbs with clean water which we do with our hands to remove in more detail all the dust or dirt that may have these leaves, Here we are only going to use the leaves but not the stem, when we notice that the water is boiling we can add the leaves and lower the fire or keep a few seconds in the water without turning off the fire, then we place a lid for a few seconds to concentrate all the healing properties that we want to ingest, we can add sugar or honey to taste if we have and wiggle, in my case I decided to use sugar. As you can see it is that easy to prepare an infusion as necessary as this one.
