What a topical challenge this is! However, you're more than welcome to steer totally clear of the C word that's consuming the world, and talk about any kind of immunity you like. Think of the word 'immunity' as a simple prompt to get you thinking about a natural medicine of any kind.
Some Ideas:

- Write about the immune boosting qualities of a particular herb.
- Write about a number of immune boosting strategies for particular diseases
- How do you keep your immune system in good conditon when you travel?
- What are the benefits of meditation for the immune system - and are they proven?
- What are you doing to boost your immune system in this time of anxiety?
- What myths can you debunk about things that might ward off Covid-19 (oops - I mentioned the C word!)

I could write about the effects of having a slightly compromised immune system, but I've never found any treatments that have helped me.
