Today I brought to everyone about a plant that gives many medicinal benefits to our body. That is the moringa plant. It is known by different names. Known as Moringa Tree, Drumstick tree, etc., it is known as the miracle tree especially by foreign countrys.
Because of the medicinal value of Moringa, I thought of publishing this post on this page.Because of its many medicinal uses, this plant is nicknamed the miracle tree.
In our villages, there are a lot of moringa trees. In our house, mostly these moringa leaves are added to the food. The same is the case in my grandmother's house. In our house, moringa leaves are prepared in various ways and added to the food.
Our mother adds these leaves to make egg omelette, hot foods like prawns, crabs, squids, soups etc.
But mostly I like Moringa leaves mallum
Also, we can buy moringa tea packets made from dried and powdered moringa leaves in supermarkets and pharmacies. And also Moringa tea packets are famous foreign countrys .
These trees are a plant that can withstand any climate. It is good even during drought. Living in rural areas, we make medicine using the bark of the Moringa plant..that is, in cases of stomach problems, we make a gravy using the bark of the Moringa tree and drink it.
💁And, actually , vegetarian people can get the nutrition they need from meat and fish by eating this morning leaves . This Moringa contains all the amino acids found in meat and fish.💁
👀There is an opinion in the traditional villages of Sri Lanka that by crushing these moringa leaves in the evening and sprinkling them around the houses, it is possible to prevent snakes from coming to the house.But I don't know if it is true..but our relatives who live in Anuradhapura believe that opinion.
Also, they grind the bark of the morning and add it to the water to clean the wells, water tanks, etc. I have heard that the morning has the ability to purify water.
Actually, everything in the moringa plant is useful for us..truly that plant is a miracle tree.

📎Ingredients required
📌️Moringa leaves
📌️Grated coconut
📌️2 green chili pods
📌️Half an onion
📌️salt powder
👉First, wash the leaves slowly so as not to crush them. Add green chillies, coconut and onion to it and mix it with salt powder. Remember not to crush these leaves. Otherwise, the quality of moringa leaves will be lost.
Keep the pan on low flame and when it gets hot, add this mixture and heat it for about 6 to 7 minutes.👉 Do not cook the mixture for too long. The leaves will lose their color and quality.
