I read some of your previous posts about your health issues but it always hits me over and over when I realize how much you have already been through at such a still young age. I am really sorry about it Rosa :(
(Un)fortunately, I don´t have much experience with the stuff you mentioned but if I have learned something in my life in terms of health and well-beingso far, it´s that your physical shape is just the reflection of your mental shape. I know I cannot generalize but it´s really been like this in my case. Even a toothache was a result of my "mental me" having some troubles...
