I don’t light my handmade smudge sticks very often as I try to save them for stock, but felt like treating myself. This one is made with thyme, roses, sage, lavender and geranium.
Funnily enough was just in the garden today and thinking to make artemesia sticks, for moxa treatment. I do LOVE the smell of it burning and the smoke is soooo healing!
Oh that's so very very pretty. My white sage is doing really, really well this year (see my post from today) so I think I'll do an Australian version of this - perhaps with wattle pods. Inspired now!
