honestly, it’s about connecting to like-minded people who share the same passion for life and bringing the best out of everyone. It brings a different perspective from the outside that might resonate with the light you have within.
Beautifully put and I can only agree with this. This is what I found in this little corner of the blockchain, where I made great friends.
Since I started practicing mindfulness and meditation in the last three or four years my life has changed incredibly. I like to say that I cured my depression without medicine and that is not far from the truth.
As we enter another day, uncertain of what the future awaits, I want to practice being more mindful of how I affect others with my words and actions.
Same here and I have no doubt I'm already doing this. My upcoming children's book(s) about Hypersensitivosaurus / SuperZENsitivosaurus will hopefully play an even bigger part in this.
