Thanks for the feedback. Yoga is a way of life and it's effectiveness is scientifically proved. Great to know that you do Yoga-Nidra which a wonderful method for deeper relaxation. There are some Pranayamas also.

Although Yog-nidra is for relaxation and not meant for sleep. Having a guide to perform and learn these techniques is always beneficial.
