Bedtime yoga for a relaxed sleep by relieving fatigue and stress

in Natural Medicine4 years ago

After the fatigue and mental stress of the day, you may feel there is something non-stop going on in the brain at night. Due to which sleep is not complete and gradually it may turn into mental illness.

Human body requires a good amount of sleep, because sleep only helps in making the body energetic. It recharges the entire body. If we are not able to sleep properly, then it affects the physical and mental state. This spoils your whole day and neither can work with that much energy.

I find several slow, gentle asanas in the late evening are a great way to kick me onto the dreamtrain, on the rare occasion that I don't fall asleep immediately. I've done some yoga nidra classes and found them really useful.

@porters here on behalf of @NaturalMedicine – The all important good nights rest! That looks like an excellent way to alleviate mental tensions and fatigue to allow you to sleep better - I'll have to give it a try next time I'm feeling stressed out! Thanks for sharing!
