Ah excellent! Delighted to hear you gave the chicken dish a go.

For the beef one, the main thing is to get the mince in with the garlic, chilli and very finely chopped onions quickly and it soaks up the flavours as it cooks. Try any other vegetable instead of brocolli, I like the colour brocolli brings as well as the flavour, but there are loads of options on vegetables to add. You can easily add mushrooms and carrots here too... I choose not to, as i had none in the fridge 😁
