This video showcases the traditional Filipino way of cooking using a wood fire on a clay stove. In this video, I cooked a very simple yet very delicious dish called "Ginisang Sardinas na may Itlog" or "Sauteed Sardines with Egg".

About the dish

"Ginisang Sardinas na may Itlog" is one of the quickest dishes to cook when you are in a hurry. It only consists of 2 main ingredients, Sardines, and Egg. Salt, cooking oil, onion, and garlic are the other ingredients. It can be cooked and served within 5-10 minutes.

I only felt some silence in your video, hopefully you can offer something different in the future like a musical background or subtitles of the step by step to make it more entertaining, although that depends on each content creator.
