For vegetable lovers, it is important to know that protein is not only in beef, pork, sheep, or any other type of animal meat, as we can find good protein intake in plant foods, therefore incorporating the intake of vegetables in our daily diet will bring us additional benefits to animal protein intake which diversifies and provides us with a healthier diet.
▶ A little talked about fact is that vegetarians with a diet rich in various plant species, in terms of nutrition and physical health, have a better appearance, greater physical and mental vitality, and a better quality of life.

This bodily and mental vitality is due to the fact that proteins are, together with fat and carbohydrates, one of the three macronutrients needed by our body to function properly.
It should be noted that in nature it is much more common to find vegetables rich in protein than fruits, among these we can mention broccoli, spinach, watercress, artichokes, asparagus and other plants.
