That's why, whenever I have the time, I enjoy whipping up dishes in my own kitchen. Today, I'm excited to share with you a recipe that is inspired by the delicious beef stir fried rice dish from the popular restaurant chain Pepper Lunch! 😋
This Beef Pepper Rice recipe is a delightful and easy-to-make dish that combines the rich flavors of beef, the crunchiness of corn, and the savory goodness of rice! Ingredients You'll Need:
10 oz thinly sliced beef
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 green onion stalk, thinly sliced
1 cup cooked short grain rice (for 2 pax)
1.5 cups corn (canned or frozen)
1 tbsp canola oil or any neutral oil
1 tbsp salted butter
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 grated garlic cloves
1/4 tsp grated ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper (plus additional to taste)
