Hello everyone! Welcome to my blog. Today I want to share with you a delicious recipe to make homemade cupcakes.

As you know I am 11 years old and I have always liked to cook. Cupcakes are one of my favorite desserts. Also, they are quite easy and quick to make. That's why today I'm bringing you my recipe so you can enjoy them at home.

First the ingredients for the batter:

Flour: 2 cups
Sugar: 1 cup
Cocoa: 1/2 cup
Milk: 1 cup
Eggs: 2
Oil: 1/3 cup

Ingredients for the frosting:

Sugar: 1 tbsp
Margarine: 1 tbsp
Cream cheese: 2 tbsp
Food coloring (optional)

Steps for the cupcakes:

Mix sugar and oil for 1 minute
Add eggs, flour, cocoa and milk
Mix everything for 3 minutes
Pour batter into liners or greased muffin pan
Bake for 18 to 25 minutes

Steps for the frosting:

Add margarine, sugar and cream cheese
Mix everything for 3 minutes
Put in the freezer until it gets firm.

Once everything is ready, frost and decorate as desired.

¡Hola a todos! Bienvenidos a mi blog. Hoy les quiero compartir una deliciosa receta para preparar ricos porquecitos caseros.

Como saben tengo 11 años y siempre me ha gustado cocinar. Los porquecitos son uno de mis postres favoritos. Además, son bastante fáciles y rápidos de hacer. Por eso, hoy les traigo mi receta para que los puedan disfrutar en casa.

Primero los ingredientes de la mezcla:

Harina: 2 tazas
Azúcar: 1 taza
Cacao: 1/2 taza
Leche: 1 taza
Huevos: 2
Aceite: 1/3 de taza

Ingredientes de la cobertura:

Azúcar: 1 cda
Margarina: 1 cda
Queso crema: 2 cdas
Colorante (opcional)

Pasos para los ponquecitos:

Mezclar azúcar y aceite durante 1 minuto
Añadir los huevos, la harina, el cacao y la leche
Mezclar todo durante 3 minutos
Colocar la mezcla en los capacillos o el molde engrasado
Hornear de 18 a 25 minutos

Pasos para la cobertura:

Agregar la margarina, el azúcar y el queso crema
Mezclar todo durante 3 minutos
Meter al congelador para que quede firme.

Cuando todo esté listo, aplicar la cobertura y decorar al gusto.
