Hemos llegado a top 10 de estas maravillosas ideas que he estado compartiendo con ustedes de almuerzos saludables bajos en carbohidratos, espero todos estén muy bien y felices como yo y si no es así pues tranquilos mañana será bonito tengamos Fe y sigamos adelante amigos.

En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes esta delicioso y fácil preparacion de 15 minutos, se que le encantara me acompañan a realizarla.

Nuestra proteína principal es rica en Omega 3, si el pescado que tiene propiedades que favorecen la salud cardiovascular en todas las edades, protege el corazón y fortalece nuestros huesos.

Ingredientes 🍽️ Ingredients

  • 150 gramos de Salmón
  • Jugo de medio limón
  • 10 gramos de almendras
  • Sal y Finas hierbas

Salsa

  • 200 gramos de Aguacate
  • 25 gramos de Cilantro
  • 10 gramos de almendras
  • 1 limón
  • 1 ajo
  • Sal
  • 150 grams of Salmon
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 10 grams of almonds
  • Salt and fine herbs

Dip

  • 200 grams of Avocado
  • 25 grams of Coriander
  • 10 grams of almonds
  • 1 lemon

Preparación 🍽️ Preparation

Iniciamos precalentando el horno a 200ªC, picar las almendras lo mas pequeño que podamos y reservamos.

Seguimos por colocar el pescado en un recipiente para hornear, sazonamos muy bien con sal y las finas hierbas, le exprimimos el jugo del medio limón y terminamos cubriendo con las almendras el salmón. Lo llevaremos a hornear por 15 minutos.

Mientras el salmón se cocina vamos a preparar la deliciosa salsa. Cortaremos el limón, quitaremos la cascara al ajo, con ayuda de un cuchillo quitaremos la semilla del aguacate y luego con una cuchara vamos a extraer la pulpa.

Al tener los ingredientes de la salsa listos, vamos a procesarlos agregándolos a la licuadora por 5 minutos o hasta que este todo incorporado amigos, si no se esta procesando bien apagamos y ayudamos moviendo con una cuchara.

Listo el salmón, lo retiramos del horno con mucho cuidado para no quemarnos, y dejamos reposar unos minutos, mientras tanto aderezo una ensalada ya lista que compre para acompañar esta exquisita preparacion, las venden en bolsas ya cocidas solo de servir, pero yo le agregue un poco de mayonesa casera que yo misma preparo y un poco de sal uní todo y quedo super deliciosa amigos, y ya tendremos todo para emplatar.

Tome un plato blanco, coloque una cama del puré de aguacate y cilantro, sobre ella el salmón coloque la piel abajo porque quería que la corteza de almendra brillara aunque ambos lados estaban crujientes y delicioso, por ultimo a un costado la ensalada que es tipo rusa a base de remolacha, papa, zanahoria y arvejas, le dio un color divino al emplatado.
Así quedo esta estupenda idea numero 10 de:
"Delicioso Salmón Sobre Puré de Aguacate y Cilantro."

Take a white plate, place a bed of mashed avocado and cilantro, on top of the salmon place the skin down because I wanted the almond crust to shine although both sides were crunchy and delicious, finally on the side the salad that is Russian type based on beets, potatoes, carrots and peas, gave a divine color to the plating.

Uff delicioso la cremosidad del aguacate y la frescura del cilantro van muy bien con la crocancia de las almendras que se sienten rico dentro del puré, también con la almendras que cubren el salmón esa costra crocante es exquisita, la dulzura de la ensalada le da un sabor que contrasta con todos los ingredientes, el puré con su toque acido gracias al limón le va excelente con el pescado, me fascino todo junto en bocado es una explosión de sabores únicos, deliciosos, exquisitos incomparables jeje la verdad me fascino.
