¡Hola! Que gusto saludarlos, el día de hoy no te traigo una receta como de costumbre, pero te traigo una reseña de uno de mis restaurares favoritos en Valencia, Venezuela. Y no es otro que Baguette's te contare que lo hace especial y porque no puedes dejar de visitarlo si tienes la oportunidad.
Hello! What a pleasure to greet you, today I don't bring you a recipe as usual, but I bring you a review of one of my favorite restaurants in Valencia, Venezuela. And it is none other than Baguette's I will tell you what makes it special and why you can not miss it if you have the opportunity.

Este restaurant cuenta con varias sedes a lo largo de todo el territorio Venezolano dos ubicadas en Valencia el lugar que los vio nacer, una dentro de las instalaciones del hotel guaparo Inn y otra en Urb. Carabobo frente al nautilus garden.
Posteriormente gracias a su éxito se expandieron a las principales ciudades del pais como Maracay, Lechería y próximamente en Caracas.
This restaurant has several locations throughout the Venezuelan territory, two located in Valencia, the place where they were born, one within the facilities of the Guaparo Inn hotel and another one in Urb Carabobo in front of the Nautilus Garden.
Later, thanks to their success, they expanded to the main cities of the country such as Maracay, Lechería and soon in Caracas.

This restaurant was founded in 2005 with a very different concept to what we know today, originally it was just a bakery, that's why it was named after the classic bread. Over the years they expanded to offer different dishes on their menu and became what they are today. They have a concept of Mediterranean cuisine and all its facilities have color combinations between cold and some warm tones.

En cuanto a bebidas me gusta pedir jugos naturales tienen una amplia variedad de frutas y son espectaculares, mi favorita es el de fresa. También tienen variedades de te y cocteles con alcohol de los cuales no puedo opinar porque no soy fan de estas bebidas.
En el menú cuentan con una variedad de sándwiches vienen picados en 4 porciones, incluyen papas y salsa ranch lo que los hace ideales tanto para compartir como para comerlo solo. Mi favorito es el llamado All the meat que esta relleno con diferentes tipos de jamones. El menu de postres tambien es muy variado entre pasteles, crepes, tartaletas.
I have had the opportunity to go to the restaurant on multiple occasions and I always try to order something different to try. Their menu adapts to many situations whether you want the main course, or just a small snack, a light dinner there is a lot of variety of options.
As for drinks I like to order natural juices, they have a wide variety of fruits and they are spectacular, my favorite is the strawberry. They also have a variety of tea and alcoholic cocktails which I can't comment on because I'm not a fan of these drinks.
On the menu they have a variety of 8 types of sandwiches to choose from, they come chopped in 4 portions, they include potatoes and ranch sauce which makes them ideal for sharing or eating alone. My favorite is the one called All the meat which is filled with different types of ham. The dessert menu is also very varied between cakes, crepes, tartlets.
Mi gran favorito de todo el menú es el Lomito Wellington este es un corte envuelto en una masa fina de hojaldre relleno con champiñones y pimentones salteados. Confieso que siempre había querido probar este plato desde que lo veía en Master Chef presentado como la especialidad de reconocido chef Gordon Ramsay.
Creo que la foto habla por si sola pero este platillo es sinceramente lo mejor que me he comido hasta ahora, viene con 2 contornos opcionales en mi caso yo lo acompañe con ensalada cesar y papas ranch, les cuento que me impresiono el tamaño de las porciones eran muy generosas y fácilmente podían comer 2 personas de el.
El tiempo de espera por este plato fue de 40 min porque su cocción es lenta así que si vas con mucha hambre te conviene pedir alguna entrada del menú para pasar el rato. La atención es excelente siempre me han atendido de forma cálida y cordial además manejan muy bien los protocolos de bioseguridad en las instalaciones.
I think the photo speaks for itself but this dish is honestly the best I have eaten so far, it comes with 2 optional toppings in my case I accompanied it with caesar salad and ranch potatoes, I tell you that I was impressed with the size of the portions were very generous and could easily eat 2 people of it.
The waiting time for this dish was 40 minutes because it is slow cooking, so if you are very hungry you should order an appetizer from the menu to pass the time. The service is excellent, I have always received warm and cordial attention and they handle the biosecurity protocols in the facilities very well.

Cafés y dulces están entre 2$-7$, los cafés más caros son los que tienen productos de la marca Starbucks.
Sandwiches 8$-14$.
Un plato de comida fuerte con proteína va desde los 9$-15$.
Coffees and sweets are between 2$-7$, the most expensive coffees are those with Starbucks brand products.
Sandwiches $8-$14.
A protein entree ranges from $9-15.
