Well, for cooking time, always different. So better to always watch our cooking device while cooking :)

If a recipe comes with a preparation time, I know if is going to take me much longer to prepare it than expected, especially the first time. Ms. J. said this was quick and easy, and I suppose I will agree with that after I have made it a few times.
I am learning a lot about coconut milk. It comes in handy because I have a family member with a dairy allergy.
